The Travel Bug

Updated: Nov 4, 2022

Do you have it? I mean, literally. Wherever I travel in the world, the most venomous bugs find me. I remember flying to Brazil, and the second we crossed the border in the airplane from the U.S. to South America, a mosquito bit me. How dare he! But that’s my chemistry, I guess. Even at home in Florida. Some of us are prime bug bait.

So, when I was recently approached by Bug Bite Thing company’s solution, I was intrigued. I researched the company and decided to keep a couple of these products for both home and travel. And they make a very thoughtful stocking stuffer for the holidays.

Here’s what you need to know about Bug Bite Thing:

· Retailing under $10, the suction tool effectively extracts insect saliva/venom from under the skin to alleviate the itching, stinging, and swelling caused by insect bites and stings.

· It is chemical-free, reusable, and safe for all ages, including children, toddlers, and babies.

· Available in black, pink, white, blue, and green.

· The new combo packs retail for $15.99 and are available in various bag/color combinations and include the suction tool and a cute travel bag. Available on BugBiteThing.com and Amazon.

· The product has also gone viral on TikTok with over 200M views!

I have a passion for promoting my favorite tourism destinations, but not necessarily for travel products. But this one speaks to my heart (or rather, my skin), and I feel compelled to share. Here's a short video demonstrating how simple it is to use.

If you are afflicted with The Travel Bug, then this should be a staple for you. What do you think? Have you tried it? Please leave your comments below.
